GREAT SUCCESS
This weekend I finally got to play a game again! I didn’t realize it but I hadn’t played a real (not pickup) game since Nov! We had two games and we won both, 4-1 and 3-1. I was really happy with the way I played both of them, 1st goal was a total fluke, it just jumped up on me. 2nd goal was totally my fault, but lesson learned!

Overhead Squats 35#& warm up w/ weighted pvc pipe 3-2-2-1-1
Tabata: Wallball(10#)/Burpees *Do 20sec of wallball followed by 10sec of rest. Then do 20sec of Burpees followed by 10sec of rest. Continue alternating between wallball and Burpees until you have completed 8 rounds of each. This workout should last a total of 8min.

This is my new favorite website. It emails you a menu and full dinner plan everyday, including wine parings, and they recipes are awesome. I made a gmail filter, and started saving them all, and when I am craving a random meal…TADA I have it all. It also helps cause i can just search that filter for like “chicken” and it comes up with all the chicken dishes, etc.
