    I liked this one a lot. Worked with a new partner, and she was a hell of a runner, so that made me try to not run like an old lady on the beach. =)

    Took a lot longer than I wanted it, but it felt good to get back out doing stuff. I took it a little easy weight-wise just cause I would like to go back on Wed and didn’t want to be so sore I wouldnt make it.

    35-35-35 (all skills work, not going heavy)

    Strength:
    Deadlift - 5,5,3,3,1,1
    5 rep at 80% and 3 rep at 90%.
    155-155-175-175-195-205!!

    I hit a new personal record on my deadlift!!! I feel like a total bad ass deadlifting 205. =)
