    -12 jumping lunges
    *6 rows on each side. 12 lunges on each side

    -6 UNI KB BENCH PRESS (15)
    -6 KBS + 6 CLAPPING PUSH UP(35)
    *6 on each side. Do 10 simultaneous reps of the bench press after the 12 unilateral reps in rd 3
